Interview
I applied online and got an email 3 days later saying I was invited to a group interview with the address and time. There was 6 other people in my group and they all seemed really nice. We had to wear a coloured ribbon and do a short 'ice breaker' by saying our name. Our first task included one of us reading a senario each on a sheet for the rest of us to solve the problem. We then had to design the store with clothes on a table and racks before the store opening and work together etc. The last task was one of the managers letting us know what will happen after, when we'll hear back and if we had anything else to ask/add. All of us walked out to a lady looking at our paperwork to confirm availability etc.
The group interview overall was easy and the people I was with we're lovely and down to earth. If you get a group interview with H&M make sure you speak clearly and take part in the discussions without stealing the spotlight.

Interview
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
