I applied online. I interviewed at H&M (Chicago, IL) in May 2017
Interview
Recruiter was not very welcoming and natural conversationist. I also found it odd that he did not allow me a chance to ask him questions about the position - which I feel is the norm for any job. In the end I never got an email or phone call that I wasn't a good candidate for the position. Nothing...
2 interviews, one of them in person, the other one was online. Very professional interview process. They were very fast moving from one interview to the next. I would say it was a very comfortable process as well.
Detail orientated, plan and goal driven. Created and presented action plan and broke it down by month to month. Provided a detailed step by step process on how to achieve these goals.
