Had a first round phone interview followed by an in-store group casting interview to see how you would perform on the floor. Received an email to schedule a phone call 4 days after I applied online. Asked to come in for the in-store portion 3 days later. Whole process wasn't too difficult and the HR recruiter I spoke to was really nice and easy to talk to/ask questions.
Short and snappy. Very easy process and straightforward and very friendly. Phone call and in person interview with hiring manager. decided to decline because I had another offer at a different company.

In the group interview, the people seemed very nervous and anxious throughout. We did some tasks, including answering questions that required presentation and picking clothes from the menswear for different vague scenarios.
