Really relaxed interview. Group of around 12, firstly given some ice breaker questions to ease the nerves. We were then given scenarios of individuals and we had to create a mood board for an outfit for them using old magazines. We did this twice and then spoke about the values of a sales advisor and scenarios such as what to do if a customer... in the group. I did find it difficult to understand how they would assess the individual as it was all group based and the managers were just watching, however, I received a phone call on my way home from the interview asking me to attend a trial shift a week later. I attended the trial shift for an hour and a half which was once again relaxed and more focused on seeing how you worked individually. I then received a call a few days later stating that I had got the job.
