I got an email around 2 weeks after applying for a group interview. I had went, 9 people in 3 groups. There was multiple activities, like presenting what you think makes a good sales advisor, and designing an outfit for a scenario person (cut & stick). Lasted 2 hours and said if you were successful for the second stage you’d get a call within a week. I got a phone call around 2 hours later asking if I can do a second interview two days later. The interview went well, had 2 management there, and once finished they said phone calls would come on Monday as they didn’t process that type of stuff over the weekend, Monday came after a long wait and got offered the job :)
