Interview
I met with two managers. They were not welcoming at all. They asked me questions about my work experience, and real life situations, which is all fine. Then they had me go down onto the floor and "act as if I am a sales associate". They gave no further instruction. I walked around the store asking clients if I could help them with anything. This is pretty much all I could do without training to that specific store. Apparently this was not enough for the two managers, watching me closely from a distance. This was a horrible first interview. It was not telling of how I would be as an employee. They cant expect their interviewees to be able to "act as a sales associate" without training them. Don't apply here. It was not a pleasant experience.

During mass-recruitment period, interview was conducted in a team-role play kind of direction. Felt that they were observing how we interact and work together in a team despite everyone being relatively unknown with each other.
