Group Interview. First day it is a round table interview, second day is activities, third day they offer you a position. They ask a lot of questions about how you interact with other people, be it a customer, coworker, ect.

When was a time you had to give a coworker negative feedback?
Short and snappy. Very easy process and straightforward and very friendly. Phone call and in person interview with hiring manager. decided to decline because I had another offer at a different company.
