Second interview: after my first, i received a call about a week after my first group interview.

this was the most odd and interactive interview i ever had. Very interesting.
The interview included
team Behavior test under stress, communication/ problem solving skills and descriptions of looks/styles, as well as what improvements would your team make to improve the sales floor.
It was a group interview of 6, First they handed out different color ribbons and told us to wear it how we like.
we all introduced our selves and said something interesting about our selves. we then participated several team games .

block building (" two teams of three, please build a castle with four walls and two windows, the base has to be all red, if you'r team block falls your team has to start over you have 60 seconds" )
ball catching. (toss the ball in a circle while catching the ball while answering random personality question clock wise, counter clock wise, under hand, penalty for dropping the ball)
short wait time, very straight forward process, easy and friendly tone.
medium wait time after the interview for the offer.

The interview was simple and a quick process, there are some nice people you, late nights, busy sale days, customers can be rude, very fast paced. Long time standing on your feet as well and you're allowed to wear what you like.
