Had a phone interview that was quite easy and then I was called to an interview day at the head office. The day went well and I got to see three differnet people for three short interviews.

It was the first interview via Whatsapp. They did not ask anything about my gender or marital status and did not even ask me to turn on the camera which is really to provide everyone equal opportunity.

Very slow but they respond with feedback, which helps you in the future. They conduct 4 interviews and the timeline between each interview is 14 days, so pretty long a process
