Interview
I was hired at a hiring fair. First, you did a one on one interview with one of the managers from the store or company, they asked you questions about yourself and experience. Afterwards there was a second round on the same day where you were asked to come back and participate in a group interview. In the group interview the groups rotated through various rooms to do activities that showed your teamwork ability.
Short and snappy. Very easy process and straightforward and very friendly. Phone call and in person interview with hiring manager. decided to decline because I had another offer at a different company.
The interview process was straightforward. I first completed a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview. The questions focused on my work experience, personal style, and how I would fit the role overall.
