I applied online through indeed which then took me to a separate portal to complete my application through but was easy enough to navigate. I got an email back arranging a phone interview within about a week from the application. The phone interview was simple enough, just general questions about your age and asking things about my CV and how I would handle different types of customers. I heard back within a few days that I was invited to an in-store group interview which again was pretty easy. They discussed the company values and asked for examples of how we resonate with the values. We then did some role play scenarios where we were given a piece of paper with customer information and what they were looking for and we’d have to ask questions to understand the customer more to be able to pick out an outfit for them. After that we had some basic scenarios as a group to answer together and then let the manager know of our availability and any upcoming holidays. I got a phone call 2 days later with a job offer which I happily accepted.
