Had two Interviews with Managers and was super simple and quick, only about 15 - 20 minutes each. They were all nice and understanding when I said I did not have any experience and were also okay that I will have to go back to school in August.
Short and snappy. Very easy process and straightforward and very friendly. Phone call and in person interview with hiring manager. decided to decline because I had another offer at a different company.
