4) The got the offer
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at H&M
Interview
Applied online and received an e-mail a couple of days after the deadline saying that I had been invited to their assessment days. After the initial company presentation, the day consisted of three sets of interviews. Two of them were conducted in group setting (three applicants) and one personal interview. After one week or so I received an e-mail stating that I had passed the assessment day and would proceed to their online tests. After one more week they called me and said that I had performed well on the tests and that they wanted to call two of my references. After a week they called me again and offered me a spot.
Structure of the assessment day:
Interview 1 (Group, HR, 45-50 min): Focused on experiences in the CV and consisted of classic questions such as "Can you tell me about a time when... & Which is your greatest achievement" etc.
Interview 2 (Group, Case, 45-50): We received different cases that we were to solve both as a group as well as individually. Both guestimates as well as more conceptual questions.
Interview 3 (Personal, HR, 25 min): Focused more on my reflections regarding choices in my life. Classic questions like: "What is your strengths and weaknesses?; What two persons in a group complement you?; Is there any behaviour that bothers you? Why H&M?" etc.
Both HR interviews felt more like a pleasant talk than an interview.
Online testing:
There were three online tests. Quantitative (Truth, False or Can't answer statements), Logic (Patterns) and Mailbox (answer according to a given instruction..

Question 1
We were given a plan of an H&M store and asked to give our opinion on the store's design, if we wanted to move some department and why etc. Quite unexpected but fun exercise.
