I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at H&M (Sheffield, England) in Nov 2022
Interview
I applied online and received an invitation for an interview two weeks later. I thought the interview was an individual one but released it was a group interview with about 12 other people when I arrived. We introduced ourselves drawing pictures of our hobbies etc and presented it to the group. We did pair tasks, individual tasks and group tasks. It’s all about showing your personality and being friendly, talkative and confident. Try to speak up as much as possible but don’t be too obvious that you’re just trying to make a good impressions. I was a bit quiet in mine but answered questions honestly and acted like myself. Look positive, smile and make eye contact.
