I applied for the sales associate position on the Smartrecruiters website and uploaded my resume. I received an email from a recruiter which instructed me to call the store and schedule a meeting with a store manager. I went in for the interview and was asked standard interview questions. Short and snappy. Very easy process and straightforward and very friendly. Phone call and in person interview with hiring manager. decided to decline because I had another offer at a different company.
The interview process was straightforward. I first completed a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview. The questions focused on my work experience, personal style, and how I would fit the role overall.
