Interview
Group interview process, felt clinical. They said not to feel as though the other's in the group were competition, but had us do a test where we had to sort clothing by style and season to create a table display which was highly competitive and felt quite demeaning getting interviewees to literally compete against one another.
Told us to dress in a way that demonstrated our unique style but clearly favored people wearing basic office wear aka standard interview clothes.

I applied online, interview at the store. Casual talk with the store manager about the experiences and how the store works. It was pretty straight forward even without any experiences.
Group interview. 10 candidates in a small dingy room. Poorly organised and interviewers showed very little interest or skill in conducting an effective interview. Were in pairs for the whole thing, no way to stand out and other people taking credit for your ideas. No observation of how you handled planning and answering the tasks in your pairs, interviewers just sat there having a chat.
