I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at H&M (Saint Louis, MO) in Sep 2012
Interview
The interview first took place on the phone where they asked very basic questions like "why do you want to work here" that type of thing. I was then invited to interview at the store with the GM and she was very sweet and impressed. It made it easy to connect with her. She told me I had the job as long as I passed my background check.

I applied online. I interviewed at H&M (Dundalk) in Mar 2026
Interview
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
