Went to the company website and applied online. There is a few questions. Was called within a few days by manager at the store. They asked me a few questions about previous jobs and how I am with customer service. Was called in for an in person interview that was scheduled a few days later . Had an interview with manager asked more customer service questions.

It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
