I applied online and got a call about 1 to 2 weeks afterwards. Apparently, this was the first interview which was successful. Thereafter, I was invited for a group interview. We were about 40 and were separated into groups. We were given tasks like choose a fashion icon and dress him/her. You'd be made to explain your outfit and it had to be inexpensive. We were given name badges and the group leader was taking notes.
