I applied online. I interviewed at H&M (Partille) in Mar 2023
Interview
The interview was divided into 3 parts. There were over 25 people there and 4-5 interviewers. They divided us equally. The first part was about finding an outfit for the interviewer as a target customer. The second part we were further divided into groups of 3, where we switched the interviewer. Part 2 we had to talk about the role and qualities about a sales advisor in groups. The 3rd part we were given a paper with questions for the interview. basic interview questions like what motivates you... then the interviewer was switched again, each of us was questioned what we wrote and later asked for references. In my opinion it was chaotic. the interviewers were very kind and made you feel comfortable, they also offered us food and drinks. But I believe the process was overall unfair. Because valuable people didn’t get hired. and we were hurried at the end as it was time to end and open the store.

Interview
In the group interview, the people seemed very nervous and anxious throughout. We did some tasks, including answering questions that required presentation and picking clothes from the menswear for different vague scenarios.

Interview
Great process and team, connecting with everyone felt very easy. I had some behavioral questions and some about my experience. Ultimately they decided to move forward with someone else. I would recommend giving it a try.
