I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at H&M in Aug 2015
Interview
Process is long but fairly easy. Applied on line and got a phone call a few days later, did a quick phone interview. Asked questions such as stores closest to me and my idol. Got an e-mail a few days later saying I was invited to a recruitment event. Again, loved this!extremely pleasant and really nice workers. Completed a few tasks such as picking an outfit for a specific person and distributing a rail of clothes. At this recruitment event there were about 40-50 people, we were all told to keep an eye out and we would be contacted in about two weeks. I received and email two weeks later letting me know they were still interested in my application and would contact me should a vacancy arise. A week or two later I got a phone call from one of my local stores saying they would like me to come in for an interview and that's where I am currently at! I am attending the interview on Tuesday and fingers crossed everything goes well!
