Called in and interviewed within 2 weeks. Was spoken to by a single manager. Applied online via Highcross website. Interviewed in store. Dressed in smart-casual attire and was seen to after a while. Had the impression that someone else had received a job offer prior to me arriving. Manager made no notes and seemed disinterested from the outset.

Group interview, asks about the H&M sustainability goals and their membership scheme. Also, we had to walk around the store and give feedback on what the store could improve on.
