I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at H&M (San Antonio, TX) in Oct 2015
Interview
Briefly these are the steps: it began as a phone interview more or less questions about yourself and previous work. If that goes well they ask to schedule a day and time for an in-person interview. There's two managers, one is taking notes while the other is asking the questions. They recap a few questions from the phone interview and get more in depth in knowing you and how you respond to situations from your previous work and how would you benefit their store with your use, etc. Within that same interview, if you pass they give you a background check form to fill and then you should hear from them when it returns back with no problems. Lastly, in a few days I got a phone call to schedule for a "second interview" more like the third to me. So after the whole background check and in this last interview, they congratulate you getting the position. It's about two or maybe three steps to look forward too!
