three interviews, -- one individual, one group, and the final interview. It wasn't very intimidating, but the group interview was definitely challenging. They asked the basic retail questions that most retail stores ask you in an interview. Make sure you emphasize how much you are committed to great customer service. Overall it was actually kind of fun.

It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
