The interview was very laid back. It was a very easy, smooth and casual conversation about my work ethic and how I believe some situations should be handled as well as past work experiences.

How do you handle rude customers who have a complaint?
A group interview with 12 interviewees and 4 interviewers. First they introduced their company and what they do. Then us interviewees did self-introduction to each other in our own small group of 4. Then the manager asked questions one by one, for 2 or 3 rounds.

Very group focused and they ask you scenario questions like customer service scenarios what you would do in this situation and they also make you style this mannequin with a group

Interview
it was a small group interview with the first session was QnA (tell about yourself, why apply for H&M, etc) and there was group discussion regarding customer service and retail study case. The last session was styling and presentation about the styling concept.
