I applied online. I interviewed at H&M (London, England) in Oct 2015
Interview
Firstly had a phone interview which lasted 5-10minutes which basically asked why did I want to work for H&M ?, what hours can I work? I was then asked to come in for my 2nd interview a few days later which went through these questions in more detail and a few questions on how you would react to a particular situation. I was then successfull in this 2nd interview, so was called a week later to come in for a 3rd interview which was a practical, this just involved doing basic duties on sales floor and once again a few questions at the end. I was told I would hear back in a week? Im not sure was this good or bad sign
Short and snappy. Very easy process and straightforward and very friendly. Phone call and in person interview with hiring manager. decided to decline because I had another offer at a different company.
The interview process was straightforward. I first completed a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview. The questions focused on my work experience, personal style, and how I would fit the role overall.

Interview
In the group interview, the people seemed very nervous and anxious throughout. We did some tasks, including answering questions that required presentation and picking clothes from the menswear for different vague scenarios.
