Interview
I went to the store just to ask if they are hiring. I was given the application and was called in a few days from one of the store managers. He asked me few questions over the phone and conducted the 1:1 interview at the store next day. It was the most raelxed interview ever. He told me a lot about the company and benefits and asked questions like why would I want to work at H&M and what the customer service means to me. I filled out the background check application and am waiting for him to call me back.
After the background check comes I would have to talk to the other two managers.
I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.
