Terrible. Had Group interview after queuing outside in the blistering heat for half an hour. Asked questions which I was first to answer being older with years or experience in retail… anyway , I thought it went well . we were told to hang around for an hour and would receive a call back either way to continue on for a one to one interview and do some tasks in shop after or go home if unsuccessful . I Waited around for TWO hours with no call back. Went into shop to ask what was going on and said to go home and would call me as they had a lot of calls to make. Still No call a day or so later so I called store. Same response . Emailed twice to careers dept…. No reply … what a horrible way to treat folk and wouldn’t want to work for them given the treatment !

In the group interview, the people seemed very nervous and anxious throughout. We did some tasks, including answering questions that required presentation and picking clothes from the menswear for different vague scenarios.

Great process and team, connecting with everyone felt very easy. I had some behavioral questions and some about my experience. Ultimately they decided to move forward with someone else. I would recommend giving it a try.
