Applied on the website and got a call 1 or 2 days later. On the phone she asked me why I wanted to work there, what my other jobs were like and if I knew anything about the company. Knowledge about the company really impresses them, so if you apply, try to remember a few quick facts off their website. (Even though I said I didn't really know anything, I still got an interview). Also, I recommend being really enthusiastic and personable during the phone interview too, because at the end of my second interview they managers said they would talk to the girl who interviewed me on the phone. For the in-person interview, I sat in a room with two of the managers. One of the managers basically didn't say anything and just wrote down my answers, while the other asked all the questions. Try to be as enthusiastic as possible and try to show off that you can work in a fast-paced retail environment. At the end they told me they were going to discuss, then talk to the girl who called me on the phone and they also had a few interviews to do, but H&M would be in contact within a week.
