Applied via online application - basic questions such as previous experience, availability, qualifications etc. Phone interview - 2 weeks after applying. half hour phone call, questions such as why I want to work with h&m, who's my inspiration, availability, what is customer service. Was then asked to attend group interview 1 week later. Group interview in h&m - interview with 4 other people and department manager, store manager and regional manager. First told each other about our self's including interesting facts and where's our favourite vacation. Then went on shop floor for activities, first had to find an outfit for a celeb of our choice, then was given an outfit and had to find an alternative outfit which was simular (look at the original outfits price and base the next outfit around that) and the final activity was recovery and had to say what recovery meant. Then went back into the staff room and had to pick a question from a list and then answer it. Was called back by manager after 3 days with a job offer and induction date! Best thing to do is to talk about how customer service is very important and learn about h&m to impress the managers and make sure you seem very friendly!! Dress smart casual!
