I was invited to perform tests and later received an invite to an assessment day in Stockholm. The day included a corporate presentation, an individual interview session, a written assignment as well as a case interview in groups of four.

Interview
After applying online I recieved an invitation to do some online tests. Next step was an Assessment day att Stockholm HQ. Had an introduction about H&M before being dividend into groups. The day continued with a written, basic case, a group interview and a short personal interview. The order depended on which group you were in. Had plenty of time to talk to previous trainees as well. Final step after the Assessment day was a personal interview (2x45 min).

Did not pass the assessment day. Candidates who passed the assessment day would be invited to the final interview round.
