I had a three-step interview process: First interview – with HR. It was a very pleasant conversation, focusing on personal background and work experience. Second interview – with the hiring manager and a team colleague. This was also a positive experience, covering technical and behavioral questions, but nothing too difficult. Final interview – with the hiring manager’s manager. She mainly asked questions to get to know me better as a person.
