First an online questionnaire is filled out in the application. Then the first stage interview was just an automated video interview you conduct & record yourself online. You have time to prepare for the answers before recording. Next stage was a group interview held in the store, of a group of around 7 people.

Interview process was fairly easy. We had to do a few in-store group activities and were then interviewed individually by the store manager where we mostly talked about scenarios and then availability for work.
