Very short interview. They were assessing communication skills, primarily english and ability to deal with customers politely. It is not difficult but I recommend brushing up on basics of sales and ethics of dealing with customers.

After submitting my application I was moved through to the phone interview. The lady I spoke to was very neutral and listened to my responses without interrupting. At the end of the interview, she asked me to keep an eye on my email for an update and I received one the next day.

The hiring manager was very friendly, showed a lot of enthusiasm around. Told me about what they Did a company and what the have to offer me . Went of policies and procedures. Showed a lot of heart in where he was working. The place well keep up was not dirty or out of place.
