Interview
You have to have completed the Basic tax preparation course and done quite well in the exam (they state 80% result but I think they can massage this a little) to be offered an interview. The course runs from February to June each year. They will call you into the district office after the exam period.

Question 1
Fairly standard questions. Name a challenge at work and how you approached it? Any achievements in previous roles.
Video Interview, they get you to access a third part platform which supports resuming should anything breaks up during the process. It also allows you to test your phone or laptop beforehand and there's quick IT support so don't worry about tech issue.
Video interview, just need to follow up the interview process and answer questions. In my opinion.its better to do it in a quiet environment, and dress up for the interview.
