      Field Marketing Interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at H&R Block (San Mateo, CA) in Sep 2012

      Interview

Situational based interview with the District Head and a few of the Office managers. Many questions started as "what would you do if" or "tell me about a time when you" I found them to be pleasant and understanding. I then ended up being on the 3 person panel to interview additional field marketing team members. There was a guide book they used to for interviewing people and they asked the same questions. I recommend being succinct in your answers and not ramble. So many applicants spoke way longer than they needed to in order to get their point across.
