Standard questions about metrics and quotas, nothing out of the ordinary
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at H1 (New York, NY) in Oct 2024
Interview
Scheduled phone screening with recruiter. Called me at the scheduled time (mid-day) and transparently shared that as of the morning the team decided to close all open roles, would I be interested in pursuing this for a post January start date. It's understandable that company needs change, this should have been an email this morning. I respected the time we agreed on for the phone screening and planned my day around it. The lack of courtesy and respect made me say no to entertaining future conversations.
