      CSM/Coordinator Interview

      Apr 15, 2022
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at H1

      Interview

      1) 30 minute screening via web audio with an HR Coordinator; pretty basic and standard 2) 45 minute interview via video conference with a Manager; positive and engaging 3) 30 minute interview via web conference with a peer; peer was not really enthusiastic and looked unprepared for the interview 4) 30 minute interview via web conference with an executive; the worst. Interviewer kept pausing the interview to pick up calls and other disturbances. I felt like he did not respect my time. Really enjoyed my discussion with the Manager but the hiring process seemed disorganized with too many schedulers and automated emails.
