The leaders here are biased with the hiring process. There is lack of transparency around expectation. Right of the bat, in one of my interview - I was asked for my GPA (I graduated years ago) and questions around personal choices that had nothing to do with my professional background and the skillsets needed to perform this job. Lot of irrelevant questions were asked that had nothing to do with the nature of this job. Leaders are disrespectful during the hiring process. Save yourself time and do not interview here
