In my interview with H1, I had the chance to meet with various team members including my prospective manager, which provided a comprehensive understanding of the company culture and team dynamics. Although the process was time-intensive due to the number of people involved, it was insightful and well-organized. I was particularly impressed by the positive and vibrant company culture, which was a decisive factor for me to join. Despite requiring slight improvements in the duration, the interview experience was largely positive, making it recommendable for potential candidates.
