H1 Customer Service Manager (CSM) interview questions

Small company, so I was reached out to directly by the Director instead of a recruiter. Process seemed smooth and timely but was ghosted after the second round. Not sure if this is due to being a tiny company that lacks proper recruiting and hr resources or what. But not ideal, especially giving the state of things.
