An external recruiter reached out and scheduled an interview for me. I confirmed the interview time and waited on the call, but the interviewer never showed up. There was no prior notice about their absence or any update on rescheduling. Contacted the Harman Recruiter who scheduled the interview. She was also unaware of the situation and had to check the interviewer's availability before rescheduling. During the rescheduled interview, the interviewer seemed uninterested in my experience and solely focused on asking a bunch of SQL and Python questions from Google. They showed no interest in engaging in a conversation or answering any questions I had. After the interview, I never heard back from them. Despite following up, I received no response. Overall, it was an extremely unprofessional experience.
