Not a serious company. I spoke with a recruiter who reached out unsolicited because of a certain tech company listed on my LinkedIn despite it being in an unrelated industry. What they didn’t recognize was that I spent years selling directly to in-house teams at a global leader in legal tech. I then spoke with a GTM leader who had no prior experience selling into legal before joining Harvey. Likely because of that lack of context, both the recruiter and GTM leader relied on canned questions they wanted to power through. Not a single question touched on my highly relevant background and they never even asked for my resume. Huge red flags. I honestly don’t understand how tech companies evaluate candidates. It feels like relevant, proven experience is undervalued, while a logo from the “right” tech company is overvalued. Silly gatekeeping process IMO
