The interview process started out nicely. All the interviewers were professional and prompt. I had three rounds of interviews, and was verbally offered the position, and told that I should receive the offer in 24 hours. As I waited for the written offer, I was ghosted, CONSTANTLY FOR WEEKS. At one time, I received a call from one of the people I interviewed with who reassured that the offer was still on and they were sorting out some internal issues. I followed up several times after that. NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. So disappointing. It was especially important to communicate if the offer was rescinded for some reason. Ghosting and keeping applicants in limbo is the worst. I expected more professionalism and respect for my time.
