Long interview process, nearly 3 months. One screening call, 2 main interviews with HM and a presentation, where HM and RD would normally be present, however was informed that the RD did not make it at the time. Long story short, 4 months after the interview process started, was informed (yipi, it seems it’s above and beyond to even get informed these days) that the role was not going to open eventually, due to the company’s “Sales Transformation” initiative. 👏
