You’ll get a call from HCA headquarters and they’ll give you a date, time, and who you’ll be interviewing with. It’s a 5 level interview. You’ll interview with the floor manager, charge nurse, a peer, director of nursing, and finally the Chief of Nursing. Approximately 3/4 weeks later you’ll get a email letting you know the position was filled or a call letting you know that a offer is extended pending a drug test and physical.
