HCA Florida Northside Hospital interview questions

This was one of the oddest interviews I have ever been on. I thought it was a PRN position where you choose what days/shifts you can work as they came up. Had a nice first interview. Then came back for a second interview. Guy in charge of dept was odd. At beginning of interview said after the shadow I would be interviewing with someone else. Shadowing went awesome, Then he just dismissed me, said I had no one else to talk to and I would be receiving an email in a week. It also was not a real "PRN" where you sign up for shifts you can work, they were scheduled shifts. Yet they could not tell me what shifts they wanted covered. I sent a thank you email to the head of the department and in less than an hour received an email saying no thanks from HR. Head transporter was really cool.

Generic interview questions re: strengths, weaknesses, behavioral questions. The interview process was not very in depth. Essentially what they were looking for is if the critical care experience (1-2 yrs. or greater) is present.
