Interview
Initial phone screen from corporate main office recruiter, usual experience questions and how the experience fits the role posted. Questions are the same ones as usual interviews, but recruiter very nice and made it very conversational.....open to questions from you too. Focus was on what duties you can handle. Next step is meeting manager and some of the team fir more thorough description of the job and if there is a match on both sides.

Tell me how your current job experience fits the job description you are applying for?
Was very friendly and accomodating. They led me through the process and I thought that the interview process was very fair. I did the interview in person at their office. I was asked why I was interested in the job.
3 step process...there was a cross section with 10 individuals thru the entire process not just the department that i was interviewing for... the culture is to be able to get along with all aspects of the hospital.
The interview process took around six hours. After receiving a day badge/ID, went to meet with multiple staff and conducted individual interviews. For lunch, a few staff members took me to a nearby restaurant.
