I submitted an application online. HR contacted me the same day to request a phone screening interview. After the HR interview, the Unit Director interview was set up for the next week. I interviewed with the Unit Director for approximately 45 minutes. After the meeting, I was shadowed nursing staff on the unit for an additional 2-3 hours. After the interview process, I was contacted by HR and received an offer for employment the next day..

How would you handle a day at work where everything that can go wrong has gone wrong?
Describe how you organize your day from a time management perspective.
Describe a time where you had to work with someone who had a demanding personality and how you handled it.
Very easy, they ask about a difficult time with a croaker and how you worked thru it. Pretty simple situational questions too.
Shadowing is almost immediately too and staff is nice
It was not very organized, it was a panel interview in which I was there for 7+ hours. I do not think an interview should take for than an hour including panel interviews, if you count a tour maybe max 3 hours. It is like working a full day
Good interview. Went quick. Had to shadow the nurses on the floor after sitting with manger for a hour then went back with manager to finish interview. Peer interview as well.
