After submitting my application, I received an email from a HCA recruiter. Then had two phone interviews, one with recruiter and one with the manager, then in-person interview with manager followed by peer staff interviews with three other therapists.

It was an easy interview process. Got to meet the people and observe a treatment session after the first round of interviews. There was a tour of the facility as well.

The interview was fairly organized and felt the questions were standard interview questions. I felt prepared and did not feel they threw any questions at me that I was unable to answer.
